Breakfast at Hotels in Italy: A New Survey


Last year, we’ve come up with a survey comparing on what are served at breakfast in Hotels in Italy to that of other countries such as England, Germany, France, US, etc. Find out the results of the research in the article Hotel Italia Quale Colazione Viene Servita.

Now, we present a new survey on how breakfast is served in Italy within its facilities. The survey aims to know if there is a difference on how breakfast is served in the North, Central and the South and if in this moment of general crisis changes even the most basic eating habits. If Italians prefer a breakfast-type Mediterranean or an international thing like most customers like and if local products are used and which ones are most welcome.
